Life is too short to read a bad book.

Update
I'm not in hiding ~ just haven't had anything to blog about. I've been reading ~ I'm in the last 75 pages of Promises Linger by Sarah McCarty; halfway through Virgin River by Robyn Carr; and 70 pages into Sea Swept by Nora Roberts.

I spent the weekend cleaning and wrapping presents. Saturday, I went to a friend's house for game night. I lead an exciting life, hm?

I just got my ebook reader thingy and put all the Promises books on there. So, finally I can read Promises Linger. Took me long enough...

Nothing wrong with game night. We play cards with another couple (when we can) and it's always a good time.

Book Binge (Isabel this time I think) had a review up of VIRGIN RIVER. I guess I just don't get that book. We had a busy weekend, but I managed to read a bit yesterday. Yay!

Lisabea ~ It was fun. We played Cranium ~ there were 4 of us ~ wine, hot tea, appetizers, good conversation and a game that gets you out of your comfort zone. Good times.

Nath ~ I like it so far. I like Cam and his brothers.

Crystal ~ So far, so good. I just got to the part where a local couple have volunteered to help with the baby. So, maybe not quite halfway through it. I really like Jack.

Rosie ~ I wish I would have read more this weekend. But, I spent time with friends and got most of my wrapping done, so it's all good.
