I love it when the weather gets cooler ~ the hot days are behind us for another year and now we're adapting to the autumn temperatures. What does that mean to me? Well, other than the fact that my house is no longer a sweatbox, it means it's time for my annual chilly chili day. I slow cook a big pot of chili all day long, make a big batch of fry bread, and have lots of cheese, green onions and sour cream to go along with it. You'd think making all that food I'd be serving an army, right? Well, wrong. It's just me. Usually my niece is with me when I make it, but not today. But regardless, I'm excited. The weather is finally turning! What excites you about the change of weather? Anything you're looking forward to as Autumn approaches?
