So, does anyone use
Paperback Swap?. I'm in the middle of cleaning through my books. A lot are keepers that I would never swap, for fear I would never get them back. But I also have a lot that's only purpose on my bookshelf is to either collect dust, or be used as a paperweight (Diana Palmer, anyone?).
Another idea is at
Mailyn's blog. She and
Sarah are thinking of forming a massive book swap and anyone interested can join in.
So, what are your thoughts on swapping books?

I use Paperback Swap. I like it for a few reasons. One, there's no used bookstore around me, and no way can I afford all my books new, so this gives me a chance to get some books used. Two, you can find just about anything on there, and if it's not listed, you can wishlist it and chances are you'll get it eventually. I've gotten some really off-the-wall books off PBS. Including some very expensive editing resources. Three, there are books that I won't read again, but would like to pass on, and this gives me the opportunity. In short, I love Paperback Swap ;)
